Head to Responsibilities A Day in the Life As a Network Engineer III you will solve complex, non-standard problems across the organization and its customers. You will have a direct influence on coordinated activities between the Support Operations - Network team and other departments within Synoptek. You will play a significant role as peer reviewer for standard change control requests. You will balance your time between customer- facing activities and internally-focused strategic initiatives. Your success on this team will be heavily measured on your ability to consistently complete proactive initiatives against reactive activities in an environment where priorities can change quickly. You will participate in a rotational on-call schedule. You will manage a ticket queue and provide mentorship to team members working within your ticket queue. Technical Aptitude Maintaining and troubleshooting complex routing and switching environments Maintaining and troubleshooting Networking aspects of Cloud Computer environments like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Network Technology SME Maintaining and troubleshooting Load Balancer and Web Application Firewall (WAF) Advanced Firewall support experience Experience with Cisco ASR9000, ASR920, Nexus 9000, 7000, 5000 and 2000 platforms Able to reverse-engineer customer networks to resolve issues with limited documentation. Advanced knowledge in authentication technologies such as LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS Technical leadership Human Aptitude Verbal Communication:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
