We are hiring one applicant for this position.
This will be 3/4 to full time, 30 - 35
hours per week.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Checking in clients Answering phones Handling client paperwork Making client phone calls for quality assurance Faxing physicians and miscellaneous documents Cleaning - making beverages/restocking items Filing/Miscellaneous office work The ideal candidate must have flexible availability with evening hours required (i.

00pm); but no weekends.
Candidates must be efficient, trustworthy, have excellent attention to detail, and willing to start training ASAP.
Those with experience in medical or mental health reception will be given preference.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Pay is hourly at $15.
00 per hour, with opportunity for growth.
